S2A and Tailim Packaging present GOOLYGOOLY(Kim Hyun)'s solo exhibition, <KEEP SMILING : GOOLYGOOLY’S SUMMER FOREST>. This exhibition is a showcase of his latest paintings, illustrations, drawings, and sculptures, all elegantly capturing the essence of a summer forest. Renowned for his enchanting and whimsical artistic style, GOOLYGOOLY embarked on his artistic journey as a picture book artist, consistently enchanting readers with his unique blend of captivating imagery and imaginative storytelling.

Over the years, he has held a series of successful exhibitions, further solidified his distinctive artistic voice, and established himself as a celebrated figure in the art world. In addition to his artistic achievements, GOOLYGOOLY has garnered widespread acclaim through his collaboration with prestigious entities including Shilla Hotel, Naver, CJ, and Samsung, as well as his contributions to commercial films.

GOOLYGOOLY's warm and emotional artworks depict purity, dreams, fantasy, and childlike innocence. The fairytale-like and comforting images, as if seen through the eyes of a child, evoke the excitement of childhood for people of all ages. S2A x Tailim Packaging

This exhibition is a collaborative effort between S2A and Tailim Packaging, a prominent domestic packaging and paper company, in commemoration of June's Environment Month. With a strong commitment to environmental consciousness and sustainable practices, the use of wooden structures for exhibition installations has been replaced with cardboard, a material known for its minimal waste generation and recyclability. By employing recycled paper, which rejuvenates discarded materials and provides them with renewed purpose, this initiative effectively contributes to the ecological cause, paralleling the positive impact of tree planting. It is our sincere aspiration that this exhibition not only serves as a poignant reminder of the imperative need for environmental protection but also fosters a deeper appreciation and comprehension of the intrinsic value our environment holds.
